  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on eligible orders (as displayed at checkout).

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

 

Packaging & Safety

All Envotech products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  2. Share photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
